Testimonials- A personal note

I am one of the “Anonymous People” living over 35 years in recovery.  My volunteer work includes sponsoring men in “12 Step”/Mindfulness recovery and I served several years on the Board of Directors at the Addiction Referral Center (ARC) Marlboro, MA.  A local nonprofit battling on the front lines of the addiction crisis.  As an Executive Committee member  and chairperson of the Strategic Planning Committee the first Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats analysis (SWOT) of the agency was completed.   A rebranding of the ARC included; IT updates, a refreshed website, and leasehold updates to facilities.  Spearheading resource development, my grant writing assistance helped secure almost $200,000 for our mission.  During my tenure the annual budget more than tripled.  Summer of 2023 finds me happily still one among many, ready to assist the Golf Tournament Committee, on ARC’s  largest annual fundraiser.

I also remain available to provide mentoring for returning adult students at Worcester State University and to volunteer in the Urban Studies Department ” Urban-Action- Institute.”

TESTIMONIALS:  Attention to detail in all things…large and small

A New Home     “We purchased our home from Gary Cato over 10 years ago. We have had the best experience with Gary. When ever we have questions, Gary addresses the issue and offers to resolve the issue if it needs to be fixed. We believe he is the most trustworthy, responsive and dependable builder in the field.”

A New Kitchen & Baths     “Gary Cato is a consummate professional! He has skillfully and aesthetically remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the results! Gary is dependable, ethical, kind and patient. We had little knowledge about remodeling and Gary kindly and patiently guided us through the processes. He is, simply, the best! Thank you Gary!”
